Restorative
Strong Teeth,
A damaged tooth left untreated can lead to bigger health problems in the future. With restorative care, our aim is to repair and/or replace the tooth before it can cause health problems or self-esteem issues. Restorative care procedures include tooth extractions, space maintainers, crowns, fillings and the treatment of nerves damaged by deep cavities.

Fillings
Fillings are used to restore teeth that have been affected by cavities or trauma, restoring both function and appearance. We offer tooth-coloured composite fillings that blend naturally with your child’s smile, as well as durable amalgam fillings. Both options are safe and effective, helping protect the tooth from further decay and keep your child’s mouth healthy.
Tooth Extractions
Tooth extractions are sometimes necessary to keep your child’s mouth healthy, whether it is due to severe decay, infection or to make space for proper growth and alignment. Our team takes every step to ensure the procedure is gentle, safe and as comfortable as possible for your child.
Crowns
Crowns are used to protect and restore teeth that have been badly damaged by decay. For anterior (front) teeth, we offer tooth-colored composite crowns that blend naturally for a bright, confident smile. For back molars, stainless steel crowns are recommended because they are strong, durable and provide lasting protection.
Pulpotomy - Baby Root Canal
A pulpotomy (baby root canal) is a common procedure used to treat tooth decay that has reached the nerve of a baby tooth. Instead of removing the entire tooth, the infected portion of the pulp is gently cleaned out, and the tooth is protected with a special medicated filling and crown. This treatment helps relieve pain, preserve the tooth, and maintain proper space for your child’s permanent teeth to grow in.
Space Maintainers
Space maintainers are small dental appliances used to hold space open when a baby tooth is lost too early. They help guide the proper growth of permanent teeth and prevent crowding or shifting that could affect your child’s bite. By keeping teeth in their correct positions, space maintainers support healthy development and can reduce the need for more extensive orthodontic treatment later on.
